If I had my own theme song

I wish I was cool enough to have Medeski, Martin And Wood - Uninvisible as a theme song. But I'm not.

So I'll go with John Spencer's Blues Explosion - Bacon.

I'm thinking Kenso's would be something from early They Might be Giants.

Anyone else?

Mm, mm good.

I'm rethinking Kenso's theme song. I'm going to go with Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass - The Lonely Bull

Mm, mm good.

This song (and video) is basically like a story board for my life.

that heart guitar is ridiculous. i haven't see that vid in a couple decades.
having seen DLR and Van Halen last week, i'm convinced Dave's post-VH cheesiness would have perverted the band more than Hagar did.

It does give you a creepy feeling that you've been sexually violated.

What is so bad about religion is that it fosters a primitive form of morality that hinders progress in virtually any domain beneficial to our modern world.

I would just re-cycle the greatest theme song ever. Charles in Charge. Of course I'd have to change my name to Charles.

When I'm tracking down slumlords and bandit sign artists:

Dan

I went through a period of physical exhaustion recently. During that time period I adopted this as my theme song:

This has kinda been my theme song since my mid-20's. Still seems pretty applicable:

However, I think the big theme song for my life would have to be Charles Wesley's "And Can It Be". Like most hymns, it's hard to find a good recorded version - let alone a good YouTube version. Some songs are just better when you are part of the group that is singing. Here's a not-too-bad choral version:

"Preoccupied with vilifying the opposition, we're unable to perceive both sides of an issue and find a way to accommodate them both, albeit imperfectly. Pursuing total victory takes precedence over problem-solving." - Joseph Burgo

I call fake on that integrated church video. It seems staged. Now lecture me on missing the point of the post.

My theme song is, was and always will be "I Like Big Butts." It just is, I can not lie.

When the king speaks, fishtown.us would be wise to listen.

Um, it's from a TV show. By definition it's staged.
That said, if you had come to our church 5 years ago you would have found that racial diversity - and a much younger crowd.
