We're going to tear down all the "Junk Cars" bandit signs. And we're going to save them and turn them over to the Mayor.
Try and wear gardening gloves. I'll bring a few extra pairs. My hands got cut up pretty bad removing the ones in ORCA.

Why are there so many bandit signs on Aramingo Ave? You would have to ask Michael Clements. His telephone number is 215-740-6116.

We'll meet in front of the K-Mart. Then we'll each take different blocks of Aramingo. I'll drive a few people further north. Then we'll all meet back at the K-Mart.
Bring gardening gloves. I will bring some extras.
This shouldn't take long.

I donated several ice scrapers to NKCDC... I know this isn't NKCDC sponsored but I can ask Phil if he's willing to help out and bring the donated scrapers.
Another tool for rapid removal of paper bandit signs is a large screwdriver. You can snake the screwdriver behind the paper signs and pull them off at the corners to strip the sign off easily.

Just don't throw out the bandit signs!
We are saving them to help L&I build a case. I have spoken with David Abernathy from the city of Philadelphia. If we provide the city with the Junk Car Guy's name and all the bandit signs, they will fine him into oblivion.

Action plan:
- Take down Bandit Signs
- Give the signs to me and Chris. We are building a case for L&I.
- Celebrate at Port Richmond Pour House
Dan - we do not have the name of Junk Car Guy yet. We're working on it. If anyone sees someone putting up bandit signs registered to 215-740-6116, please try and take down the make and model of the car, license plate, etc. Report it to me and Chris. DO NOT ENGAGE HIM.

Port Richmond is now mostly bandit sign free.
Next step: the city has agreed to prosecute these losers.

Also got a few for "donate your car to charity." I'll have to put it on Bandit Project.
