Hey fuzzybottoms, this is the bathtub park, correct?
If I recall correctly, we already heard this project with 4 units. Any significant changes to the plans other than reducing the density?

This is the project at the corner of Thompson and Norris. It was originally presented as 4 homes and was voted down in October. I believe this is the bathtub park.

I think everyone has it
I think everyone has it covered. The smaller bathtub park at Thompson and Norris. The previous proposal was for four homes. Applicant has revised it to three homes. Similar design, configuration, no off-street parking.

Thank you! The configuation with 4 units was super wonky, so I am hoping this is a bit better.

Actually the owner and architect did a good job of listening to the community input from the first meeting. I was there at the first round rabblerousing and I was satisfied with the new plans.
Edit: If Zoning Batman is who I think he is, he is actually very nice.

Yeah, it did seem like they
Yeah, it did seem like they tried to do everything they could to accommodate what was asked of them. It was an ugly parcel to try to develop into something that makes sense, and they managed to accomplish that. Would have been nice for the middle unit to have had a bit more of a backyard space, but the other two have plenty of room. Someone should have asked what they're going to do with all of the bathtubs after construction.
I also learned that the word "spooning" is an appropriate architectural term.
(edit) - And yes, you do know who I am and I try to be nice!

You know, I laughed, but I also knew exactly what was being referred to. "Spooning" should be an officially sanctioned architectural term.
