I won't be pleased until the owner stops being a scumbag slumlord who turns row houses into rooming houses and rents them out to derelicts.

If you give me a name I can compile a list of properties deeded to that person in about 30 seconds. I like to keep tabs on slumlords.

in that case, does he own the property on the northwest corner of Sergeant and Arcadia? I know that's a rowhome turned rooming house for derelicts.

you know that's interesting. in the last month or two i've had two different people come of the huntingdon el stop ask me how to get to frankford and sergeant. both individuals were a little on the scangy side, and after i pointed them towards sergeant both times they stopped at the payphone by the bright green corner store by huntingdon and jasper. as i walked past the one guy i told him it was farther down, and he goes "yeah, i just have to call someone first." i thought it was drug dealing, but maybe they were looking for the boarding house.
