FNA Zoning Committee Meeting: 421 Memphis Street
A proposal for the conversion of an existing single-story building to 5 single-family homes.
This meeting will be held at the Fishtown Rec Center, 1202 E. Montgomery Ave. All residents of Fishtown are eligible to vote. Please bring proof of residence or business ownership in the form of a driver's license or a photo ID and a lease, utility bill, or recent piece of mail addressed to your home or business.

Would be curious to hear the details of this, assuming this is the single-story triangular building on the odd-shaped lot by Palmer Park.

Yes, this is the single-story triangle building. I haven't seen recent plans, but prior plans indicated that site would be turned into 5 3-story single-family homes.

Cool, thanks. With this plus the new Postgreen stuff going in there I wonder how long it is before the old Brownhill & Kramer warehouse across the street gets turned into condos.
