Gregg will show you how to make past a dough, hand roll pasta, and make plin, a delicate stuffed ravioli. The stuffing will be english pea and truffle! He'll cover making light summer sauces and demonstate french nage (light brothy sauce) to be served with the stuffed pasta. Rumor has it hat there will be some treats from Garces Trading Co. on hand for participants.
