someone brought this to my attention, and they need a foster unless the owner turns up.

Deets aka the ad says:

found a extremely friendly black cat near Belgrade & Orange. She does not appear to be a wild cat.
She was cold and hungry. We took her in and feed her. She showed up about a week ago. She has her claws.
I really hope that she belongs to someone I cannot keep her.
