Just to clarify, the situation regarding the post mentioning the escort service is much more complicated than the terseness of Ms. Johnson's statement may imply. It involves both private information and an alleged unrelated third party. It involved and implies no decision-making on my part regarding the veracity of the allegations contained int he post. It was a close call regarding whether or not the post was covered by my policy of deleting non-business-related private information, but I chose to unpublish it.

Until 'da lawyers say otherwise, the information that has "Diabetes Test Strips" so upset is still available on http://banditproject.org along with the screencap of the escort page that has "mysteriously" deleted itself.
I've never understood those Diabetic Test Strips signs. If they (whoever "they" are) are buying them, and the strips were presumably obtained through insurance, isn't this insurance fraud? Is there someone out there more knowledgeable that can answer this?
Please people: if you're a diabetic like my mother, please sell off your diabetic test strips so Diabetic Test Strips can file a take-down and SLAPP suit against me. I've already told 'ma she needs to sell off her next month's supply.
Kenzo you stated that you would stop talking about me if I took down the signs. I am in the process of removing signs, I am doing what you asked regarding the signs: but you still continue to talk about me. Why are you making this so personal??
DEAL!! The signs come down and all post Kenzo, Bandit destroyer & Bandit Project come down. The signs are being removed as we speak, after the last sign is removed I will contact you and personally take you out to lunch!
P.S. I don't think your a dirt ball , I think your a guy who cares about his community!!
Not that this entire exchange isn't ridiculous for about 100 reasons, but I simply can't get over the fact that you chose "Diabetic Test Strips" as your screen name. Classic.
I read that linked article. So benefit companies are oversupplying patients with test strips so they can overbill the insurers and medicare. The extra test strips are then sold on a black market because there are a lot of people without insurance who can not afford the regular test strips. Test strips that are expired or counterfeit are being sold to the uninsured.
What a great health care system we have! In all the other industrialized countries that have public health insurance they don't have the wonderful business opportunities that we have here.
Ok. I'll tour the city after Valentine's Day. I've got a ton of other bandit signs that have to be traced down, it would be "amazeballs" if I could pull the Diabetic Test Strips one off of the site for good.
If you don't want the signs anymore, I will be happy to take them. I want to use magic marker to advertise my own business on the other side and hang them back up again.
I'm not afraid of Kenzo. There's too much demand for used Honda Fit wheels and too much sympathy for the disabled for him to attack me. Plus, I'm too cute for him to be mean too.
Good Deal Kenzo... All signs will be taken down before Valentines Day... if you do happen to see a missed sign while your touring the city ... I apologize in advance, please let me know where it is and it will be removed immediately that same day!!
So the signs will come down. Will the business be discontinued, too? Or are you just going to find a different way to break the law?
Based on the article, it seems like an illegal activity I wouldn't come Down on to hard. Like old people going to Canada to get their meds. Or messed up health care system makes it necessary.

The Diabetic test strips
The Diabetic test strips business might have a limited shelf life since insurers are very much aware of the illegal secondary market:

Not sure if this is the same entity, but I've been seeing a lot of small flyers littering the ground for this test strip thing as well.
