Film Location Needed

A really good friend of mine is looking for a location for one day of shooting. He is looking for an abandoned/rundown warehouse or church space that would legally allow him access. I'd like to offer him my
I'd like to offer him my basement. It's quite possibly hunted and definitely inhabited by a colony (is that right, colony) of spiders. If this is ok, he's more than welcome to film down there! If he needs an extra, I'd be willing to lend him my acting expertise. I just ask that people not but me for autographs. I'm also perfectly comfortable working in the buff, for the art of it, of course.
When the king speaks, fishtown.us would be wise to listen.
