Home Invasion on 2700 block of Thompson

It's being reported on FB that 2-3 armed men broke into a house (with husband, wife, and children home) this evening on the 2700 block of Thompson. (That's the block immediately above Lehigh.)

No one that lives around there that I've talked to knows anything about this. Did the FB poster provide anymore information?

"My across the street neighbors experienced a home invasion tonight on 2700 block of Thompson. 2-3 men armed were in their home as the put their children to bed the wife ran out the front door and called 911 cops came noted the break in spot and almost corner one man all got away make sure all your doors are locked tonight ! "

Also.this was confirmed by the 24th and neighbors who came to the woman's assistance.

i live close by on Thompson as well and there's definitely been an increase in crime over the last 6 months or so. I believe everyone's car has been broken into at least once and now it seems homes are being broken into.

Got any junkies who just got out of jail and moved back in with mommy on that block? That's probably your culprit.
