"PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police say they have arrested a man seen on surveillance video slashing tires in the Mayfair section of the city over the weekend.

Detectives confirmed early Tuesday morning that they do have a suspect in custody."

They were able to use video surveillance to identify and capture the suspect.
