We ate dinner there tonight. Seriously amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place -- the service was great, the food was excellent, etc., etc. And it was technically the opening night, so I thought something would go wrong....but it didn't. I had escargot and then the sweet potato gnocchi. My husband had the French onion soup and the lamb. I really can't offer any criticisms. Even the bread and butter were homemade.
Went there on Friday. Agree that the gnocchi were very good, as was the French onion soup! Onion flatbread was delicious, but the salad it came on seemed oversalted. We also got the skate and that wasn't our fav. So seems not 100% to me quite yet, but definitely willing to try it again.
I went there last week. I thought it was strange that they give you 1 little piece of bread each instead of a basket lol Small portions but the food was great!
I thought it was one of the best meals of my life. only downside is that it's kind of center city prices in Fishtown. don't know how well that will go over.

Lemon upsidedown cake was superb, but definitely needs a nice wine to go with it and tone down the sweetness.
