We had some guests in town this weekend and one of them heard and saw helicopters flying around our place last night. We are close to Columbia and Frankford. She said it was around 11:30-11:45 ish. I found this, but it doesn't have much info

Funny story. I heard the
Funny story. I heard the chopper and looked out the bedroom window. To my surprise I see 4 police cruisers and a golf cart loaded up with janitorial/street cleaning things and a girl being cuffed. Girl looked to be in her early twenties, was wearing black leather outfit and seemed to be confused as to why she can't drive a golf cart around the neighborhood and swore up and down that it wasn't stolen. The cops put her in the back of a car and hung around for a little while taking pictures of each other in the golf cart and chuckling about it. The copter kept circling for a good 15 minutes. After a while I think they realized that it was in fact not stolen property and let her drive it away. I'm sure I missed some nuances, but that's the way the story looked like it unfolded. This happened on Belgrade between Columbia and Palmer.
