Richmond St. Northbound

Yes, we all know between Delaware Avenue to Cumberland is a complete mess but apparently people don't know or just choose to ignore the lighted sign -- NO LEFT HAND TURN ON TO GIRARD!

The ignorant drivers who will not proceed up to York or Cumberland to make the left make it impossible for any cars going northbound to make the light because of the traffic going southbound during rush hours. I don't usually go that way but there were two cars who insisted that they were making the left hand turn; one car did have a gap between cars to make the left but the other one proceeded on a red light while all the other cars were backed up to the Delaware Avenue entrance onto Richmond.

Heck, the city could make some money putting a cop there to just write tickets.

Thats exactly what I did last week...(from the backseat I didn't see the sign.) I gave directions for the driver to do that. I imagine the locals will continue to .

i'd rather have cops at the other side of the bridge where westbound drivers from 95 exit, Aramingo and Girard all make U turns onto the Eastbound ramp.

I now have to use Aramingo to avoid the traffic mess on the street I use to avoid the traffic mess on Aramingo.

I usually jump on I-95 in the morning but I had to drive my nephew to school on Huntingdon. I will avoid Richmond completely.

I don't like the Aramingo entrance/ramp on Girard; especially if I'm going to go north on Aramingo. Those cars flying around the curve from Delaware scare the chit out of me.

Honestly, I never even saw it. With the thousand other signs and flashing orange reflecting thingys, coupled with the ingrained tendency to turn left, I imagine not seeing the sign is very common. Thanks for letting me know.
