Natural Soap

jbette01's picture

Does anyone have any recommendations for natural/organic liquid body soap and shampoo?

There are a bizillion brands and I don't know where to start! Of course I prefer local, but COPA only does bars.

(I've considered going 'poo free, but I don't think I can handle the baking soda/vinegar regimen. http://www.naturalfamilyonline.com/go/index.php/389/why-you-should-go-no-poo/)

Of course, in context in all

Of course, in context in all makes sense. The Viking Conquest of Britain could never have happened without potted meat products and men wearing dresses.

Thanks for keeping this on point George. You simply cannot ride a unicorn with clothes on....the unicorns stride causes terrible chafing when clothed.

You are so right, Kat.

Riding a unicorn clothed would be like checking into the Paris Ritz in 'Quacker Factory' attire (as seen on QVC). It just isn't done.

The lack of unicorn etiquette in this country is mortifying. You ride them NUDE, people!

(you wear Quacker Factory while eating blocks of Velveeta)...

would love it. but if Fishtown can't even get a Trader Joes, I hardly see a Whole Foods coming here anytime soon. I'd even be willing to compromise for a Wegmans to come near. besides, isn't it about time Philly got a Wegmans.

plus they sell beer in PA now Very Happy

I like Nature's Gate, too. The herbal shampoo smells like a Ricolah (that's a good thing!)

Now, back on topic. I believe the president is riding nude in keeping with the traditional etiquette for unicorn equestrian activities. Who rides a unicorn with clothes on, silly?!?

if you can afford it, Lush on 15th and Walnut makes the best handmade stuffs you will ever use! but I'm cheap, so I usually just use the 365 brand stuff at Whole Foods as much as possible. Dr. Bronners is good too.
