That's right, I live in subsidized housing...and you're jealous.

Now that the strike is over, I have decided not to ride a SEPTA vehicle for at least the next two months (yes, I have a choice). The strike lasted 6 days so 6x10=60 days I will walk, drive, or ride a bike. But under no condition will I ride a SEPTA vehicle. Who's with me?

I know that this is alittle late now but I was watching Comcast sports net with Rendel on the panel and he said that he may have to leave for a bit as there may be a deal in place by the time the Eagles game is over, then later on in the evening on the news last night after the Eagles games and at the bottom of the screen there was a scroll going on saying that the strike was over and Septa will be up and running at 5am

He said the constitution of the TWU doesn't allow them to take the offers directly to rank & file to vote on. The TWU 234 board are the ones who vote on it and then determine if it should go to rank & file. Willie is holding the city, residents and his own members hostage. If this strike continues, the rank & file are going to start hurting financially. If the rank & file doesn't start showing some ______; they are going to go down, too. I hear so many of them are disgusted; well grow a pair and stop showing up at your designated strike spot. Start calling your union member friends and others to see what needs to be done to stop Willie's ego.
