the metro paper article says :

3 reasons you should care about the deal

1 Philadelphia will own Rockefeller Center in New York, from the studios of NBC to the ice rink. And you thought that video screen in the lobby of the Comcast Center kicked .

2 The Power of Programming means that Brian Roberts will be able to get Comcast plugs on some of your favorite shows including “Chuck” and “Law and Order” and from all of the movies produced by Universal. We’re imagining a buddy comedy with Will Ferrell and Denzel Washington trying to find their way around the Comcast Center, Philly’s largest skyscraper.

3 Maybe they’ll actually be willing to waive your cancellation fee with all that money or ignore how much you download. By owning 51 percent of NBC, Comcast will expand its empire well beyond cable TV, Internet and phone service.

I liked Cop Rock.

I'm not saying it was good, but I liked it.

Three cheers to its creators for trying something different.

It's interesting watching the evolution of their targets of hate go from black people to "hipsters," both of which are seen as diseases in the urban body.
