Proposal for building a 4 story building with 71 apartments, 51 below ground parking spaces, roof deck, with a commercial space on the ground floor. NOTE: This is a by-right zoning project (NO REFUSAL), which means the size, shape, and use is all allowed by the city. The FNA is holding a meeting and a vote on this project only for input on the design as this project is required to go to the city’s Civic Design Review.

This meeting will take place at the First Presbyterian Church @ 418 E Girard Ave. All residents and business owners in Fishtown are eligible to vote. Please bring proof of residence or business ownership in the form of a driver’s license or a photo id and a lease, utility bill, or recent piece of mail addressed to your home or business.

how many are in the new construction across the street (old Jays Pedal Power)? (Edit: says 17 apartments on the side of the building.)

Wow, so it sounds like 71 units ARE coming to that corner, no matter what. Not saying it's a bad thing, but that just sounds like a big number.
